This Raymond Shop in Raipur (CG) at canal road, ring road junction does not provide any confidence of Raymond quality and professional service. I bought two pant prices from there and gave them for stiching. My specific requirement was for Raymond stiching as I had known of the quality of stitching and am an admirer of it. First they got the stitching done through local tailors even though they specifically mentioned it to be Raymond custom tailoring. They did not even take care of specific requirements as was mentioned to them for custom tailoring. They used substandard quality of material for linings for pockets and otherwise and had bad cloth cuttings leading to ugly look of the pent belts. This is not the Raymond service and I was very unhappy on this. Even for this work they made us run five times from home to the shop and each time after explaining several times the problems in stiching they would give back the same pant without any proper corrections. They always promised to call us back when they are ready but never did it once. When pointed out about their deficiency in service they were extremely rude. In short the service was not rendered with satisfaction and there was cheating of using substandard linings and other accessories. On top of it the owner by name Vishal would be extremely rude and unnecessary argue rather than attending the quality problem and solve them.
