Good Place for Honda Bikes servicing. Customer need to go early as it's always crowded and busy place. Traffic is main problem. Marketing Staff need to be more polite to customer as I noticed they are not so polite and offers are also not there Currently on any Bikes

I hate the management in service section here. They will never deliver your vehicle as promised in time. They will make u wait wait and wait . Even u give your bike early in the morning they will take lots time. This is the 3 rd time iam experiencing. i personally feel they must value their customers time too.

Today I gave my hornet for speedometer sensor fix and some noise coming from rear disc. After taking delivery numbers in display are fading which are working fine before. They are saying it’s because water went inside since panel don’t have buttons. But I didn’t face these issues in previous services for over a year. Now I can’t check wether speedometer working or not. And coming rear disc noise, seems fixed initially but came back within a km from service centre

The customer service is poor , in fact very bad . Initially when we took quotation we spoke to another executive and before buying the bike one guy Praveen has mentioned that he will take care and we were very specific about activa 125 with alloy wheel. we went 1hr late to the showroom. we confirmed on phone if the bike was ready he said it was ready. after going there he was searching for it and then showed us activa 6g with disc brakes , which is not the bike we have requested for. Later as part of the accessories they were supposed to attach guards which was not done. At that spot when we were there he is asking if the technician has guards available or not. Then he says guards are not available come after 3 days. They do not understand customers needs. On call they say everything is ready come to the showroom . All the staff is only concerned about selling more vehicles. the staff do not have knowledge about the product they are selling , the security guard has explained us well about the features of the vehicle. all the time staff will be having earphones kept in their ears and they do their personal works. No one in the showroom is customer centric. The helmet they provided is very tight. first helmet which they have given was looking as of it was used, so we asked them to give another peice.we bought activa 6g today . After coming home we opened the seat and realised its fixed very very loose. it feels like its an old vehicle.
