Excellent customer service representatives. Excellent customer experience. Yummy food. Really delicious. Take little bit more time for take away food orders.

1. They don't have most of the items from the menu. Hardly 10-20% of the items on the menu whether it be starters or main course. 2. Same formula for much of the items. All most all starters taste the same. Whatever you ask, they give you in the same way of cooking. 3. Taste of some of the items was very bad. Asked veg kolhapuri, god knows what they have given. For every item, they say either don't have or takes time. 4. Too slow service. May be kitchen is somewhere else, they always bring in hot packs.

The Food is really good, specially the Chicken Biryani. Its a nice family restaurant, the only drawback is that the waiting period for parcel or Take-away is long. The prices are very reasonable too.

Waiting time is very bad u should be prepared for hours if u go there and food tastes are not up to the mark good place to hangout with family but service to the customer is also not satisfactory

Hotel Sri Kanya was one of the finest restaurant which I had visited till. It's not just look like a normal hotel.... It had most glorious and richest look but the prices are similar with other hotels. I would rate this 5/5 star.. Come on and plan a dinner here.

Sorry sri kanya In the past this restaurant is one of my most and precious and favorite one but not now...this i was lost upons this resturent bcz server and food is also not good... We order many deserts but we did not eat well bcz food quality has changed...I'm writing this review please change the quality and maintain good food.. Accept my apology I was unsatisfied this day
