Raised complaint in kent online about abnormal sound in our RO. Kent has assigned our call to this dealer, service technician visited on 08-10-20 and told that it is normal sound even without checking the RO and charged Rs.300/- as service charge. Not satisfied with his answer. Later, I have checked the RO and found that Solenoid valve is malfunctioning because of water scale formation.
