This is not a trustworthy company. They are literally white collar scammers, any of your claims will not be approved, they have excuses for all the claim related issues. I Have a policy for my New Honda amaze car and while I was purchasing the policy I was told that bumper to bumper insurance is covered for the car. Recently I met with a minor accident with my car while I was driving I had to turn left, the car which was driving in front of me took it's car on the extreme left and suddenly applied brakes, and the left side of the bumper was hit with the car in front and meanwhile this happened a car from behind hit my car's back side bumper, Now the claim officer at Rajkot office Mr. Dilsad Savan said the claim will not be passed for this for both the bumpers, only any one bumper will be covered under policy. This is totally disappointing incident for me.
