Third class service.....If you planning for business trip then my personal suggestion is just avoid it. And do not give advance money, they did not have any idea how to prepare papers to apply for visa. Me and my partner has business meeting but sadly we have to cancel that meeting, because our visa got rejected by embassy, because of improper document work. So if you are business professional then go somewhere else.... Also they pretend that visa fee is non refundable but when I check visa embassy website then I know that embassy gives full refund except minor service charges in case of visa rejection...

Worst experience ever. I would recommend don't pay single rupee in advance to this firm until your work has been done. Because they are enormously lack of knowledge plus they don't take any responsibility. Absurd behaviour and treat client like hell. Visa fees are nominal but that guy took 10times more money. Without any certain responsibility.
