One of the most popular picnic destination for people of Udaipur and Rajsamand. It is around a distance of 50kms from Udaipur on the way to Kumbhalgarh. It is flooded with people when the dam overflows in monsoon. Beautiful place surrounded by greenery.

One such ideal place to visit during monsoon is Bagheri ka Naka which is a picnic spot for locals. Bagheri ka Naka is a small dam, nearly 50 km away from Udaipur in the Rajsamand district which is named after the village Bagheri. The place is a feast to the photographers’ eye, having lush green Aravali hills offering a perfect backdrop for the frame. The place usually gets flooded with people during rains when the water from the dam overflows. Moreover, it falls on the Udaipur-Kumbhalgarh lane which itself is a picturesque site where you can witness clouds kissing the mountains and thus a perfect place for a family getaway.

This is a small dam built over Banas river. In rains, this is the first dam to be filled and then water goes to Tantol/Nand Samand dam. It is located in Machind village of Nathdwara/Khamnor tehsil. Located in the Aravali hills, this location provides very scenic view of nature. Near by to thus dam, there is huge temple of Bhairav, known as Khardhar Bavaji. This temple is in the foot of Aravali hills and can be a great tracking place.

Awesome place for outing with family and friends. Best time to visit there is in monsoon when dam is full. So beautiful view and atmosphere. On holidays this place attracts a trendy crowd. Place is nice but there is not facilities of toilet. Nearby you can't buy anything to eat, thing are just worst. No medical facility available nearby. Traffic is a big trouble here. Also one problem of drunk people they have drink alcoholic substance in water and threw their garbage in water. No management available for that. Go there have fun be safe and aware other to be safe themselves.
