AHM Kamruzzaman Chattar is known as Railgate. AHM Kamruzzaman was born in Bolivia upazila of Rajshahi district. He was one of the four national leaders of the Mujibnagar government or interim government of 1971. He has left the world. His son AHM Khairuzzaman Liton is the Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation. He laid the foundation of this sculpture and he named it. This place is the heart of Rajshahi division.
