When I started working with Rakhee, I thought meditation would help me manage the stress I was experiencing at that particular moment, but she taught me how meditation is more about changing your mindset and thinking patterns for the long term in order to not only help you through current stress but manage and mitigate future stress. I never realized there were different types of meditation, but Rakhee worked with me to identify the type that would best fit my specific issues. We focused a lot of time on body scan meditations, which has helped me alleviate much, if not all of the pain brought on by stress and anxiety. Rakhee is professional and takes the time to connect with you on a personal level. She takes the time to explain how meditation works and some of the science behind it. It was time and money well spent for me. I personally experienced immense benefits from my work with Rakhee, and I continue with what she has taught me by meditating daily.

Rakhee helped me immensely in learning about the different facets of meditation, common misconceptions, and what to look for in my progress. It really helped set the foundation in my meditations. I use to be unable to sit still for more than a minute but now I meditate a few hours daily. She really knew her material and her medical background was an added benefit. Her approach/persona/soft tone helped calm me down and kept me on track during the guided meditations. It was well worth the time and have recommended her to others.
