Thank you Action Limo!!!!! I reserved a black town car for the Will Downing concert in Downtown Raleigh at the Red Hat for my birthday. The booking process was easy, the rate was very affordable and the customer service was on point. The experience was truly a gift for my 41st birthday! The Driver Jay was personable and very professional and was on time for both pick up and drop off. Action limo is now my go to car service!!!!!

I hired them for my daughter's prom. It was a very HOT afternoon in May. When the limo arrived it had started raining. The AC did not work and the limo leaked at the sunroof and around the doors. The dresses and tuxedos got wet and it was very hot in the limo. The CD player did not work and neither did the radio. It was an awful evening and it was a relief to get out of the limo. It ruined the entire evening. The owner kept telling me he was going to refund some of the money, but never did. Please do not use this company! It is very expensive and the limos are terrible.
Horrible experience, don't trust the online reservation form. I was out of the country and wanted to ensure I arranged a car service for my wife to go to the airport. I went on line, did the reservation, received a confirmation email, and low and behold this morning at 8 minutes past the pick up time, NO car showed up. I called immediately, some half awake man answered the phone after 5 rings and had no idea what I was talking about, However, he did confirm they had a reservation after I asked him what he could do and he said he might be able to get a car in 30 minutes, and I responded with NO THANKS. DO NOT USE ACTION LIMO
