First time here. Dan was awesome. We had a blast. The staff here is amazing and if you get a chance, swing by the pro shop and see Scott. Great deals and we look forward to our next visit.

Oh, Yes! I absolutely LOVE AMF Bowling Alley! Great Customer Service, and Friendly Staff!... My Best Girlfriend had a Birthday Get Together there, and we had a BLAST! Highly Recommend! Great place for family outings! Thanks Guys for the amazing memories!

The reason why I’m giving this a 1 star review is because we were on time and had reservations for 9:30 got there at 9:25. We waited in line got up to the counter at 9:50. They didn’t offer to extend our time. We never got our 80 card that we paid for in advance, we had to go up and get it. We went up and got our drinks, as we were getting our drinks the lady serving was very rude and had a nasty attitude. The guy up front as well was a little nasty. Paying 205 is definitely not worth it, plus we also had to pay a covid fee at the door that we never knew about. I will definitely not be back

I joined a 12 week league with this bowling alley last year. The league was cancelled after 4 weeks. After multiple communications after the lanes re-opened, the manager (Greg Meadows) told me he would look into it. I am aware that others in the same league received a refund for their remaining games, I have received nothing. Do not choose this lane and do not join their poorly run leagues.

The rental shoes did not slide on the floor which caused me to fall and injure my knee on the first ball thrown in the first frame. I landed on my knee and dropped the ball. I tried different rental shoes and they were no better. My grandson pulled a muscle in his thigh when he tried to bowl. The clerk did not charge us. We had driven from Bunn to AMC and were very dissatisfied. They had most all lanes open however we were not offered another lane. Poor customer service.

Absolutely nice place to enjoy bowling! There are food options within center and bowling is not too expensive. This place is usually crowded on weekends.

Love AMF!! We had such a great time. It was very clean and the staff made sure to keep an eye out just in case someone had their mask down. Was very comfortable bowling here.

Customer service is the worst I've seen in a long time. Prices are outrageous, plus they have a covid fee on everything, even bottled drinks. My ball didn't come back once and it took about six minutes to get someone to help us out. Will not be back. Stood at the counter for five minutes to purchase another game, because it's prepay. No one ever showed up. So that was the end of that. Terrible customer service.
