So far so good. Only been here about a week. I've lodged my woes with the office - no responses as of yet but time will tell all. The neighbors have been extremely welcoming and friendly and the area is nice as well

I thoroughly enjoy living here. I have a huge one bedroom with an enclosed patio and a sunroom. And it's on the first floor! No lugging grocery bags up a flight of stairs. The cherry trees are in bloom right now and they look beautiful! Thank you Anderson Hills!

Great location and nice staff. However the amount that they charge you for regular wear and tear of the apartment is crazy. I put in work orders for a hole that never was repaired and 6 months later I moved out, and they are charging an absurd amount of money. If they had fixed it and spoken to me about the charges while I was living there that would of been fine. But asking what happened and not fixing it and waiting for me to move then charged is not professional. After 2 years of living there, a seam in the floor came up a little and I am now being charged over 100 to fix it. Would of loved to have written a good review after it being my home for so long.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! They are always willing to answer any and all questions and go above and beyond for the residents. The valet trash service is so convenient and always timely. I LOVE living right on the greenway and so does my pup. It's a great community filled with friendly faces.

We ended up signing a lease with another apt. complex for a few different reasons, but I thought I would leave a review solely for the staff. We spoke with Victoria on different occasions and also a younger gentlemen on a Saturday when we did our self tour through Rently. Both were more than just accommodating and super friendly through-out our apt search process. I can't say that about all leasing agents we were in contact with so thanks again, and we will consider Anderson Hills in the future if our needs change!

My experience at this community has been pretty good. The staff is great! They’re always willing to work with you, never making you feel as though you’re an inconvenience. The apartments are decently priced for the area and for the type of apartments they are. They are a little bit older, so they don’t have A couple features you might be looking for, i.e., vent in bathroom, and overhead lighting in living room/bedroom. The windows and patio doors are older as well. If you enjoy the charm of older apartments and don't mind any of the previously stated lack of features, this place is perfect for you!

It is difficult to arrange an apartment for your grad student daughter if the apartment, daughter and yourself are all in the opposite corners of the country. The staff at Anderson Hills went above and beyond normal customer service to help. If they are this good at the start of the rental period, I am sure that the apartments will be run well. A sign that my daughter will be very happy. Just like to thank Marina, Victoria and everyone that helped us.

I was really impressed with the leasing consultant (Denise Thompson) that I worked with. She was polite and energetic from her greeting through the end of the tour. Very detailed and highlighted multiple specials which I could take advantage of for my move in time frame. The renovated apartment options that I viewed were very spacious and clean. Hardwood style floors looked really good and the new stainless steel appliances were impressive. Community runs on gas which is nice but they do not include W/D which most communities are moving toward. Overall great location with nice updates to their amenities and grounds.
