Awesome art museum, cool little exhibits from a variety of artists, with different styles of art!!! Also they have studios upstairs!!! Very neat exhibit of art in downtown Raleigh!!
I have a studio here. A wonderful place to visit artists (you are welcome to come into the studios) and purchase original artwork and prints. Wide variety of mediums and styles.
Wish I had more time! Wandered through fewer than half the spaces and saw just a ton of fun, beautiful and inspirational work. Had a lovely chat with two of the artists. This was my alternative to visiting a museum in downtown and I’m really glad I did it.
The new installations in this space always bring a smile to my art loving face. We had the pleasure of getting to meet the artists of the main installations on First Friday, it was insightful and riveting. I would definitely recommend going and checking out the work these wonderful craftsmen have created. Don't be a square, Vicent Van GOOOO to Art Space.
