Lived here for 6 years now, for the most part its been really nice. We did live in a building close to the highway hearing it night and day can be a little annoying, and the parking kinda stinks but other than that its been a nice place to live

This is the best apartment community that I have ever been apart of! I have never experienced anything like it and is the perfect place for individuals who are looking for a practical home without breaking the bank. The community is cozy and so are the apartments. I currently rent a one bedroom and I love the layout of the apartment itself. It is what sold us and we knew this would be our home for the next couple of years. We love it so much that we may even consider moving into a two bedroom in the future just so that we can still be here. I have no complaints, I have not encountered any bug problems or significant maintenance issues. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion and the office is willing to work with you. They are understanding and incredibly friendly. The gym is small but it has everything you need, it is actually 24/7 which is great because you can come at any time of day. In the community it is easy to be friends with neighbors and to interact with the leasing agents. They are transparent and there are no hidden fees or gimmicks. This apartment offers one and two bedroom options and is perfect for individuals who are single or who have created their own family. it is immensely practical and is the type of apartment that you can live in for years and not get tired of. We moved in November of 2018 and knew different people who lived here before we did. They always spoke highly about it and always tried to convince us to move in. Glad that we did, one of the best decisions that we have ever made for our family.

We came from out of town and went apartment hunting all day. It was 10 minutes until close and we were 9 minutes away I made a quick call to the office and we were kindly told they would still see us and show us and apartment. Krystal was such a big help and she even let us keep her 30 minutes past closing and didn’t rush us at all! Krystal was by far the kindest and most professional leasing agent that we worked with all day. She made our experience easy and was so accommodating!

I have a close friend who lives here and I absolutely love these apartments. Very quiet and pet friendly, all of the neighbors I met were pretty relaxed and I barely heard any noise from them when I’ve spent the night. Big and bright windows in her two bed, it was nice to sleep with them open. I saw a couple of deer in the morning, very serene and calm for a city setting! It seemed pretty safe and parking was convenient. If I ever need an apartment in this area, I would definitely consider renting here.

I wanted to take a second to talk about how good the staff here has been to my girlfriend over the last 3 months of her living here. The crew is awesome and the grounds are super nice. They are really dog friendly and that has made it easier for her as well we really love it here. I may make the move in the upcoming months. Thanks guys!

My husband and I have lived here for several years. No matter what the question or need is, the staff are always kind and helpful. It truly amazes me that when I’m out walking my dog everyone genuinely says hello, from the property manger to the outstanding maintenance team. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Great place to live! Nice area and friendly people. But i do wish they could offer bigger size apartments and update the kitchen and bathrooms . But this is a great place to live. Plus the gate makes it even better !
