Bar Louie is a really good place to either just go for a beer or for a full meal! The burgers are really good! Fries are always fresh and crispy! The service is good and they're doing really well following COVID-19 safety guidelines, all the tables and bar have a pretty good distance between them which makes me feel comfortable and keep going.

Pretty nice place for dine in or dine out. Food was pretty good. The calamari wasn't good, fried too hard to enjoy (since it's off season I wasn't too concerned) Salmon sliders, fries, burgers and drinks are great. Wasnt crowded. You're able to spread out while dining inside.

We went here after spending ridiculous amounts of time waiting for my lovely youngest daughter to make up her mind for her 18th birthday. Oh.my.goodness! Loved it!!! One of the best bbq pulled pork sammies I have ever had. My husband said the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich was ridiculously good, my daughter had the Chef Loves sliders (cheeseburger) and my son had the Louie's Choice cheeseburger (not pictured). We also started the meal with the Trio chips and dip. Fantastic chips, guacamole, salsa, and queso. The atmosphere is really neat with kind of an old bar/warehouse feel and social distancing was good. Our waiter was super helpful, kept everything filled, and was really nice. My only drawback are we would have gone earlier (music gets turned up at 9 pm...it is a bar) and next time I will get the fries instead of the tots they were not as crispy as I like. Overall a great place to eat!

Great experience ...bar tender Jeremiah created exactly what my wife was looking for. The food was refreshing and on point. We own and operate our own restaurant and this place was a great place to enjoy really good cocktails and great food. We will put this place on our go to list when we visit Raleigh again.

Update: I called a few times, and was finally able to get in touch with Chris the GM (who offered appropriate customer service and had my meal remade for pickup). When I arrived this time, my meal was ready and food was hot. The sliders had slightly more cheese on them and arugula was present. Someone had included extra cheese spread for the sliders that really made them great, and should be the amount that comes on them to start with. I am pleased with my 2nd experience with the salmon sliders, and would order them again as long as they were made right. Thanks Chris! I was also happy to see social distancing at the bar this visit. Placed a takeout order earlier in the week around 3:55pm for a pick up time of 4:15pm. Once I checked out on the app, it said my food would be ready at 4:15. I got there and went to the bar to get my food at 4:14pm, and the girl said my order wasn't ready yet, so I waited. 3 other to-go orders came out, but not mine, so I told another employee that it was supposed to be ready by 4:15pm. She said it was on its way out. A 3rd girl brought it out about 4:25pm...10 mins late. I ordered the salmon sliders with fries. The fries were crispy and hot, but unfortunately way over-seasoned (and I like salt and seasoning). The salmon on the sliders was pretty good, but it was overcooked. There was no arugula on the sliders (lettuce shortage?), and the herb cheese was just barely visible like someone scraped it off with a knife and just left a trace to see. This is a 13 item and half the toppings were missing. Also, there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCING at the bar enforced. People were sitting right next to each other in different parties, no six foot space or chairs in between, around the whole bar...concerning.
