Good luck talking to anyone here... Case workers won't answer the phone and never return the call when you leave a message. If you get behind on payments for whatever reason... They threaten you with jail time... That doesn't solve anything. No one can continue to make payments in jail... That just leaves both the parent and child/children in a worse situation than they are already in. The system is ineffective top to bottom.

No wonder NC lost its state funding. I guess they're keeping everyone's payments to keep themselves afloat. Horrible customer service and response time for the states mistake on A case.

Incompetent, . I've had my case switched to different case workers and they're all the same. Just terrible. They keep sending me the same paperwork over and over again after I've already filled it out and they have all the information they need if they'd just open my case file, they've sent me part of my own paperwork and someone else's attached to mine. Everything they've put people through is ridiculous.

Not only did I have to pay my ex-husband child support when I was the custodial parent I am now finding that 3 years after my son turned 18 that Wake County is still reporting that I owe child support on my credit report when I don't owe anything. I'm now trying to buy a house and can't get anyone on the phone and they are not accepting clients in the office.
