I’m so happy with my whole experience with East Coast Granite and Marble! Over the summer I had the kitchen done and this month remodeled the master bath. I couldn’t not be happier with how everything turned out, so beautiful!! Really positive experience with East Coast Granite and Marble. Stephanie was responsive and made sure we were happy with the installation after the fact (a nice touch you don't see much these days!). We sent her a picture of our existing granite and she sent back options to match. The granite we ordered matched the existing granite in our home MUCH better than we anticipated. Pricing was significantly lower than Lowes, who also wanted to charge a square foot minimum that would have brought the total cost to more than double what we paid. First someone came out to measure (was masked and very polite, and even walked through options related to an island overhang for seating, including letting us know if we wanted more than 10 inches we would need to add supports). Installation was fast (15 minutes), everyone on the crew wore masks and was extremely polite. They let us know what to expect and how long to let the glue dry etc... Overall I was thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend.

Very helpful polite staff. Knowledgeable and helpful, and honest about their product. I found the prices half the price of big stores and installation took less than 10 min. Paid half up front AND (are you listening/reading) I THE CUSTOMER HAD TO HOUND THEM TO PAY THE OTHER HALF!!!!!! I want harassed by phone calls, email, text or anything. I spoke to them on the phone and ZERO hassle. Both ladies were kind and nonchalant about arranging ways to pay via text or email link sent to me if I didn't want to pay in person. I'm definitely shopping there again and highly recommend everyone else do the same!

100% Recommend!!! They were wonderful! Stephanie came to my home for the estimate and brought samples for me to select from. She sent me the quote promptly and kept up the lines of communication throughout the whole process. She also checked in afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied. The new countertops are so much better! We're not done fixing up the kitchen, but I'll include a picture from after installation.
