The concept of this is great, but the execution isn't consistent. Food is overcooked and wings are not very flavorful. My first experience was great, but the following 2 times I've gotten food from here have been disappointing

Smoked Wings are delicious but it is located in the chili's which was swamped. Ordered via doordash delivery first night. Great. Ordered pick up via doordash next day I had to wait along time and sadly was not as tasty as the night before. I'll try ordering on not so busy nights.
This was a restaurant I never should’ve ordered from. At 10:45 on 2/26 we ordered a 16 piece half Santa Fe rub half habanero. We also ordered a kids 8 piece. That is not what we received, instead We waited for over an half an hour only to get 12 wings with no sauce. The fries were cold and we didn’t have our kids meal. I’m left wondering why they didn’t just cancel the order, instead of making me wait for an incomplete order of naked wings.
My order came cold and my sauce had ice chips in it my fries were extremely cold. I am highly disappointed and upset.
Waited an hour and an half for Wings that were so disgusting I threw every single one of them in the trash! fries were ok but not worth waiting my entire lunch break for.
