I had been looking from the state of Texas to Miami, FL for my range rover sport (RRSport). I had auto reps in Atlanta, GA trying to win back my return business, but no one had the specific RRSport with the vintage tan interior in their inventory or as soon as I called the vehicle had just been sold. One morning I woke to a call from a laid back auto sales rep saying, hello Ms. Willis, I was out of the office Sunday but wanted to follow up on your email inquiry. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, Mr. Charles Parker was literally calling me from across the street and had the exact RRSport, with vintage tan / ebony interior and best of all the trim was autobiography. I dropped everything I was doing and drove over immediately....of course God had to intervene with a small joke bcz before I arrived Mr. Parker said, "Wait someone just took it for a test drive and plans to buy it - NOOOOOOO, NOOOOOO, went thru my mind and out my mouth, lol. Of course, unlucky for the test driver they were not successful with their finance app and I told Mr. Charles I'm on my way and put my BIG RED BOW on my RRSport because it's MINE plus it's my birthday in two weeks. In summary, Mr. Charles Parker took great care of me along with Darryl on my extended warranty options and Mr. Parker made sure my RRSport was in pristine condition before driving off with my wonderful birthday gift to myself!!! I would recommend Mr. Charles Parker, who has been with the dealership for 10yrs.
