Wonderful place for students to live near campus! The leasing office has been very helpful and responsive when issues arise. The included furniture is very nice and I really enjoy the kitchen. I cook most of my meals, so having nice kitchen appliances was a must! Can't beat the amenities and the proximity to campus for the price.

I've lived here for about 8 months and I have loved my experience. The environment is quiet and well-kept and I have never had any issues with any one. The leasing office is always having events and giving out food so that is also another plus. The greatest plus is definitely the complexes proximity to everything.
I really enjoy Live on Hillsborough because of the location and friendly management team. The only slight problem I have had is dealing with cockroaches (typical in downtown) and wait times for the maintenance team to complete service requests. Overall though, this is an awesome place to live and I would recommend LOH to any NCSU student wanting to live off campus! We also have great views of Hillsborough Street and evening sunsets!
I live here currently and have enjoyed my spot here so much that I renewed to live here next year. The staff is friendly, the location is great, and the prices are better than other complexes in the area. I also really think the apartment itself is so cute and has a lot of great features like built in shelving in the bathroom, a pantry, and high ceilings that make the space seem larger. People are generally quiet here too, I don’t have noise issues almost ever, which is something I have really appreciated with the transition to online school.

I really enjoy living at LOH and I have lived here for 2 years. Hillsborough street is always full with things to do and everything is within walking distance. It is so easy to get to class as the 2811 building is right next to campus and I love that so much! The apartments are nice and very modern and homey!
LiveonHillsborough has provided great service with quick service request times and free food every week! The unit we live in was brand new when we moved in, very nice and very modern in a great location near campus. The unit was a little bit smaller than what we anticipated but the quality of everything is pretty high. The appliances are great, the TV is huge and the amenities around the complex are also great!
I have lived with them for almost 2 years now and have had an exceptionally great experience. Communication between residents and the leasing office is great. They are fast and efficient as well as take covid procedures seriously since it’s began. All of the buildings are beautiful and rooms are spacious. Highly recommend them :)
