Does anyone still work here? Tried to cancel, no response. If you like waiting 40 minutes to reach a support 'chat' and then be told someone will contact you back and enjoy the disappointment when that never happens, this is your place. But oh, when it comes time to auto renew that service still works. Ended up filing a fraud complaint with my bank. Awesome initiative and sort of worked, terrible execution.
