Cat created a look better than I was hoping for! She was very detailed and gave helpful suggestions of how to take care of my new galaxy colored hair. She listened to what I wanted and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was happy with the quality of products that were used to create my new look. This was my first experience getting my hair professionally colored. I could not be happier with the way my color turned out. I will definitely be going back to this salon and look forward to many more hair creations with Cat:)

Like my stylist, liked my color/cut, but the pricing is way too high and there's not a lot of transparency in pricing. My bill for highlights and cuts came to 353 (before tip). I was also charged for glaze and bonder. We discussed the cut and color services, but the pricing wasn't given for those or the add on items. When I asked for an itemized bill when paying so I could understand why the pricing came out so much higher than last time, they told me they were unable to provide it due to a system upgrade that no longer allowed them to support this. I don't understand how you run a business without being able to provide an itemized bill? How is that acceptable? They weren't willing to make an adjustment to the charges related to the add on items, so I won't be going back. I was also left with a lot of stain on my hairline, which they told me was completely normal. I just expect more for services that exceed 400 (with tip) for 2 hours of salon time.

Cat came highly recommended to me; she is a fantastic colorist working with my picky highlight requests and always gives me perfect layers with my long hair. She always listens to my questions and spends time getting to know me and my long term vision. She has been excellent at helping create and maintain my cool blonde tones both at the salon and in between appointments with her color knowledge and expertise. She gave me the prettiest brow tint ever and styled my hair on more than one occasion and I always walk out of the salon looking and feeling like an absolute queen. I can honestly say that I look forward to my appointments with Cat every single time! I have the confidence that she really knows what she is doing from start to finish, not to mention she is so much fun to talk with and really a wonderful human being. If you are looking for an experienced, brilliant, timely, sweet, considerate stylist to trust with your hair, this is your girl. I've been a long time fan of this salon, the atmosphere, the products they use, and the glass or two of wine during appointments...but finding this gem of a stylist will keep me coming back time and again!

She is super talented, great listener and so sweet. She gave me the exact hair cut that I wanted and I am beyond happy with it! Thanks Grace!
