For fabrics & accessories, these folks really do have it all. Need an item not in stock? No problem. They can order it and let you know when it's in. They have a list of reputable upholstery companies to help you complete your project. Just super customer service!

Terrible customer service. They acted like I was an inconvenience by even asking questions. I knew what I wanted and sizes. They asked me to wait for a lady to come back from her break as she was the only one who could help. I walked around looking and waited. When she was back, she was almost annoyed by me wanting prices. It was so bizarre. She said she didn't know how to calculate the prices for the roman shades but maybe could give me a guestimate (I picked out three fabric options with prices and asked what they would run in the sizes I needed). Then they said I needed an appointment to order. I said ok but I had a friend just come pick things and I didn't see that information on your website and I just drove 45 minutes to get here. Can you please just give me a ballpark for cost? She was hesitant but did. Again, these were only guesses because she wasn't sure how to calculate prices. In general, the fabrics were older and a bit dated. Huge disappointment.
