I called Curtis recently with what seemed to be a battery issue with my laptop. Lo and behold after basic troubleshooting Curtis was able to identify with precise marksmanship that the issue was my cable. He suggested some reasonable options for replacement and I’ve been up and running since! By far not the most technical issue but what really impressed me was the service!
