I loooove this place! I went in for a tour today and was blown away by what all they offer and the pricing. I moved here out of state and am used to paying way more and that wasn't even unlimited like this place offers. The thing that really sold me was they don't just offer tanning they offer spa experiences, again unlimited with the membership!!! I'm sold and ready to start my membership!

I was extremely skeptical before coming due to seeing spray tans that have went terribly wrong. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by amazing staff that assisted with the process explaining everything. My tan turned out beautiful and I received compliments everywhere I went. Needless to say, I ended up LOVING my spray tan and now am a full member. I come almost every day during my lunch break for tanning and spa services. The staff is amazing and the services are great and affordable. It truly is my small moment of ME time during the week. As a single mom with 2 busy children, a full time career, and attempting to earn my MBA, Planet Beach has provided me with the relaxation I needed. I feel 10 times better and come home refreshed after a long day ready to take on chores, dinner, fun with the family, and anything else life tries to throw at me! I wanted to add another review almost a year into my membership and say that the customer service shown is still absolutely amazing!! Still a happy customer!!!

I have visited (as a member) both locations at Brier Creek and Durham. The membership was clearly explained to me, I've never had the problems others are saying. The customer service is great, Jen gave her undivided attention to explaining the memberships and the contract that comes along with it. I think the owners both work their butts off for their business. They keep good staff, the bad ones go. Ultimately good customer service is the goal every day I go, and most important to me- I feel great when I leave!

Love this place, so clean and such a professional staff! Caitlyn will literally walk you through the entire spa, and she’s amazing at picking out which beds are best for your skin. She’s super knowledgeable and really truly cares for everyone who comes in. She knows all of the customers names and that, to me is a sign of amazing management and service excellence

I joined the Planet Beach in South Square and was happy because it was only 7 minutes from my home. The staff had always been very accommodating. I showed up to tan 5 days ago and there was a business closure sign on the door!!! THATS RIGHT NO WARNING AND NO EFFORT TO KEEP FUTURE BUSINESS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! It said that the Brier Creek location would "accommodate" the rest of my sessions. I called Brier Creek location and asked the staff to speak to the manager about my situation, being that I live at least 25 minutes away, and he suggested I email the spa director. When I explained in an email that I would like to be reimbursed (for a package that I have not even used yet) he said he was not related to that business and was doing me a "courtesy" by allowing me to use sessions at his location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SALON, INEVITABLY THEY WILL CLOSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So I had a coupon to try this salon out for five visits. In that time, the staff were very friendly. Always accommodating to what room I wanted. I also had a reaction to the lotion i was using and they helped me find a better lotion to use. Yesterday, I went to this location to purchase a one month tanning. I came about 4:30 pm (it was Saturday). I didn't realize they closed at 4 PM. No big deal, I was just going to come back the next day. As I was leaving they opened the door and asked me if I wanted to tan. I just told them I was gonna purchase the next day and they told me to come in anyway. Pretty much pulled me in. I was very surprised, as I know they were wanting to go home. I successfully purchased and they also told me that I could tan. I was absolutely taken back by how they didn't rush me and they gave me complete undivided attention. This is super rare these days. Amazing staff!

All the staff at South Square location are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the online booking with their app! THANK YOU ALL for the much needed, consistant vitamin D and the amazing extra SPA services as well. I love the red light therapy benefits, and the hydration station is absolutely fantastic for getting that moisture my skin desperately needs back in.

This place never disappoints. The equipment and rooms are always clean and the staff is extremely kind and professional. I have been going here for a few years and highly recommend their services.
