Great prices, but never open to conduct business even during normal scheduled business hours. I have wasted hours driving to Praxair multiple times over the past few months between 8-4 / M-F, and no one is there, nor does anyone answer the phone. Hiring a 10hr helper would save this business from going under since the 1 person running it doesn't ever seem to have the store open.
I called Praxair to see if they would rent me some helium for a trade show I was doing in Wake Forest. Denny picked up the phone and helped me with a ton of information, pricing, and availability. He had everything I needed and made it super easy to pick up and return the tanks. They performed flawlessly and when I returned them this morning, Denny took care of my unused helium and charged me very fairly for what I did use. I appreciate his excellent customer service and friendliness. I will definitely be back again. Thank you, Denny!
Literally there 25% of the time I show up. They make up their own hours and hardly ever answer the phone to verify if they are open. Its a 40 minute drive for me each trip and It pisses me off every time they aren’t there. Plus they actually close at 4, when the website says 5. In conclusion. Not an efficient place to get supplies if your time and money depends on it.
Terrible prices. 26.49 for TWO POUNDS of 70s-2 carbon tig wire. Next day I bought TEN POUNDS for 30 At arc3. Feel ripped off.
