Gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful! Room was clean and being pet friendly at a reasonable rate is a blessing! Hallway had a particular smell, but that is getting more and more common these days! Would definitely stay again if in the area! Service is the best part!

This place is sweet! Gorgeous rooms, balcony, work desk. Pretty much all you could use in a room, including a huge tub.
Great staff. Everything was cleaned often and well. Props to your staff. My room was great and probably had some of the best pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel or Airbnb. This is a perk that is often and easily overlooked. My neck thanks you for not cutting this corner. The only suggestion I would encourage you to improve is your projector. Please invest in a brighter, clearer projector. The one you have dim. Plus, it is only utilizing about 70% of the screen. Widen the frame up, at the least. I'm about 3/4 of the way back in your conference room. Especially with social distancing when we spread out, I found that very few slides on the screen were legible.
Very clean hotel with friendly caring and helpfull staff. I recommend staying at this hotel for either business or pleasure.
The check-in was wonderful. Mr. Craig was wonderful and very informative not only about the hotel, but restaurants that were nearby as well as ones that deliver. He made it a great stay. The only thing that did not sit well with me is that the staff said they were not informed of being granted a late check out. Now remember I just told you Mr. Craig was very informative. So to me I feel like Mr. Craig informed the morning staff that he has granted us a late check out. However I don't think the morning staff was paying him any attention when he was informing them of this. My husband had left to run some errands and get breakfast and he stopped by the front desk and the young lady at the front desk told him the latest we could check out was 12:30. My husband and I had a conversation when he came back up stairs and inform of this as well as we were considering staying an extra night to spend time with his family. However I didn't like that my husband said that the front desk agent told him 12:30. So instead of extending our stay. I opted to move hotels and booked at the Hyatt off of corporate drive. Some may say why did we even book here to begin with and to that I say because we wanted to be close by my in-laws instead of having to take a 15-20 minute drive like we have to do wheb we come up. But anyways Mr. Craig I hope you get to see this and to you sir I say thank you for a wonderful stay and for all the restaurant information since it had been a while since we had been up here. Again thank you for everything and you are the only reason I will give 3 stars.
They are clean, animal friendly and just a really good place to go and stay for a couple of nights. I highly recommended if you need to take a break from family or if your on a business trip.
