I was very nervous to take the first step toward divorce and make that phone call to a lawyer. My first meeting was with Shaunis Mercer to gather information about the process. She immediately put me at ease, and I knew right away Rosen was the right firm for me. The fixed fee arrangement made me feel comfortable that I could afford a divorce. Anna Ayscue is my lawyer, and she has walked me through the process every step of the way. She is professional, confident, detailed, compassionate, knowledgeable, persistent, I could go on and on. I appreciate her prompt responses to all of my questions and concerns. She always keeps me current on communications between her and my ex-husband and his lawyer. My separation and pending divorce have been a bit of a challenge mostly because of my ex-husband not being cooperative but also because of Covid. Anna has made the process feel seamless. My case went to mediation to settle and because of Covid it was conducted via Zoom. That made me uneasy, but Anna allayed my concerns, thoroughly explained the process and it went just as she said it would. I appreciate Kinsey calling periodically to check in with me to see if I need anything. When I need to go to their office to deliver or pickup items, Grant always greets me with a smile and professionalism. I have only good things to say about Rosen. Everyone I encounter are kind, courteous and professional. If you are considering divorce, I highly recommend Rosen Law Firm.

Rosen law firm prepared a comprehensive separation agreement for me. They walked me through every step. Most importantly everyone I spoke to listened to me and supported my goals. Their diligence made negotiation very straightforward and ultimately my outcome was favorable and equitable. Before speaking to this firm, I spoke to one other firm that was not encouraging and dismissed my perspective entirely. This firm, Holly Groh, Shaunis, and Kinsey were wonderful to deal with and I have to repeat this ... they listened to me and in the end met my objectives. I agree with other reviewers, the flat fee eliminated a lot of stress and uncertainty. I highly recommend this firm.

I have had the pleasure of being represented by Anna Ayscue at Rosen Law. I can't say enough great things about Anna - she is practical, knowledgable, reponsive, surrounded by a great network of professionals and has the backing of one of the most successful family law firms in the Triangle. One thing that has made my divorce easier for me is the transparency in cost as Rosen is a fixed fee firm, so you pay up front and they do as much work as it takes to get a custody order/separation agreement. My divorce was reasonably challenging and I know that my outcomes, which are good, are largely due to Anna.
