I can't believe I am saying this... but I had a great time at the dentist! I have been having oral pain for weeks and Dr. Sheaffer took the time to actually figure out what is wrong and what we can do to fix it. He explained everything very well and I feel great about the plan in place. In addition his staff was friendly and efficient.

I am in awe and amazement, Dr. shaeffer is a compassionate and calm dentist that helped calm my nerves and stayed mindful of how I felt at all times. He has restored my faith and trust with dental experiences. All staff where very nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I have extreme dental anxiety and today I had a root canal at Dr. Christians practice. I was beyond stressed but the experience was very positive. The staff is friendly, caring and very calming. Dr Christian was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and calm. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr Sheaffer did a root canal on me today and it was painless. The Doctor was very gentle and the staff pleasant. If I need another one I will be going back to him.

If you have to get a root canal, I can’t recommend Dr. Sheaffer enough. He was overwhelmingly accommodating, doing everything he could to ensure my comfort and ease my anxiety about the procedure. He was so kind and professional not only with me, but also in the way he interacted with his staff. When I had complications, he was quickly available via phone- top notch customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sheaffer and his staff. He was courteous and polite without being condescending. He explained the procedure in understandable language and without unnecessary detail. His demeanor was calm and comforting. He went the extra mile in getting my insurance to cover the use of nitrous oxide. And most importantly, he did exemplary work with no discomfort at all. Nobody likes having root canal therapy, but if you do need it, I highly recommend Dr. Sheaffer.

I don't normally do reviews but Dr.Shaffer and his staff are Amazing! My 12 year old needed a root canal and Dr.Shaffer and his assistant made him feel so at ease, they explained the procedure and talked him through the whole thing. I highly recommend his practice.
