Competitive gas prices, but a lot of the staff do not know how to operate the fuel rewards process. I’ve come in more than once and even left without getting gas because they told me my gas discount wasn’t recognized - mind you, I get 5cents off every time I purchase gas, and an additional 10cents off once a week. The first time was with a manager some time ago, and he was so rude, I left. I came back later that day and inquired, and found out that he didn’t know how to use it. The most recent was this morning, with the same manager, so apparently, he still hasn’t learned how to work the system because he told me the same thing. I knew this was the day I would be getting 15cents off so I asked to do it manually from the customer screen, and it worked. Thankfully there was another staff member present to witness his incompetence, but she didn’t even fully understand the system herself!! I’m wondering if there is some sort of instructional demonstration (online or in-person) to make sure cashiers know how to process fuel rewards

Gas prices are great with the GetUpside app! However, the car wash just folded my antenna into a pretzel and damaged the body of my vehicle... UPDATE: Shell reimbursed for all repair costs associated with the damage to my vehicle
