Terrible experience with this company. Taylor Morrison Builder used their services to build our new house in Wake Forest, NC. We had issue with a bowed baluster. I contacted in October 2020 with Jason Van Reenen, who is Field Operations Manager Raleigh Division (Triangle/Triad/VA) before our 1 year warranty would expire. I sent him multiple requests to replace a bowed baluster in my house. He promised me several times over the phone that he will be coming. He never came. Then he stopped responding to my text messages or calls. Today is February 27th 2021 and my issue still was not resolved. I do not know how this company operates but what I know for sure that they do not keep their promises. Just want to share my experience with people who are looking for some feedback about this company. Do not expect good service, quality of work or care from them because they do not know what it is. If it was done properly first time, I would not even bother to call them. I wish somebody could fix this. I see now why their company does not have good reviews.
