Structurally Speaking

We called these folks to our house to do an estimate on a deck extension. We had agreed that he would email over the estimates and would figure out a time for him to swing over, though it might take a while since they may be busy, which was fine. It's a pandemic, we've got time and will be home. However, after sending the email to get the quote numbers, we heard no response. Sent two follow-up emails to complete silence. Not even a response advising that the message was received. Totally ghosted. Finally, we called the office asking what was up, and we were told that they lost their notes from the initial estimate visit, and wanted to know if we could start the whole process over. This was after 3 weeks of silence and ignored correspondence. No sir, we may not.
