Beyond Outstanding!!! FAR SUPERIOR to the Raleigh Orthopedic mega- practice where I have also gone and where patients are universally processed like one more piece of meat, not as a person. All three experiences I've had with this Clinic (3 different Doctors) have been good, but his last one was over the top! I was out of state, got injured and had unbearable shoulder pain, preventing sleep, etc. They got me in for MRI, read the MRI, did an x-ray and got me seen by wonderful doctor (Crowther) all in one morning! And everyone there is KIND, FRIENDLY and CARING-- I was treated with patience, compassion and respect, a rare find in today's world of health care!!

Dr. Nelson was kind and thorough. He patiently explained everything concerning my health care problem. As it turns out, he recommended non-surgical procedures instead of the surgery I expected (and really hoped would not be necessary). Kudos to a doctor who really listens to his patient. Also, the administrative and nursing staff were equally attentive to my needs. The entire practice earned my 5-star review.

No better practice in Raleigh for orthopedic issues than Bone and Surgery Clinic and Dr. David Jones. Very thorough and up to date on best practices in the field. As a runner, I appreciate Dr. Jones approach is not simply to tell me stop running for 6 weeks and see if it feels better and come back and let's see how you're doing. He takes the time to diagnose and come up with a plan to get me back or keep me running since being active is always best when we can. Takes the time to answer all my questions. Just an overall great guy and great doctor.

First time at this location. I have a shoulder issue. The Dr. was great, explained a lot about the shoulder. We decided on a shot. So far, so good. Already feels better. Duke is always great! We are lucky to have this facility in our area.

I have been going to see Dr. Burroughs for the last 14 years for my knee and he has been a God send. He's very thorough and knows what he's doing. Surgery is his last option and thankfully I haven't had to have that so naturally when my daughter started having knee issues that is where I took her to! The entire staff is very professional and friendly even during phone calls. I highly recommend Dr Burroughs at The Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic.
