We have been at the Dakota going on 5 months now and I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again that it has been hands down the BEST experience ever. From the moment we had our virtual tour, to our move in, to the friendly staff, the positive community that the Dakota provides, we would not have it any other way. The staff at The Dakota make living here so much fun, and they do their best to keep on giving; even during these crazy times that the pandemic caused us! We are so beyond thankful to have found this complex and felt welcomed from the start. This truly is the best apartment complex around! If you live here, you will NOT regret it!! ️️️️️

I moved into The Dakota late October with my boyfriend and we love it here! The office staff is always kind, courteous and friendly. Maintenance shows up within a day or two to fix anything. The grounds and pool (and cabanas!) are beautiful and we’re really excited for the huge gym and yoga room! I’m REALLY excited to do my work from home at the pool in one of those cabanas or the beautiful clubhouse during the summer. Pool table. Indoor fireplace. SUPER CHILL. There’s also this computerized package delivery system that’s really neat. And NEST THERMOSTATS. The size of our apartment doubled and we spend half what we used to on electricity. And beautiful outdoor fireplace next to bocci ball! AND EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW! The marketing team has lots of resident events that reach out to the millennial demographic at the complex. I think everyone I’ve met is between 24-34. Booze and snacks are always provided and they are actually fun. Haha. More people should come out though! Stephen is especially awesome. We moved from far away and without visiting first and he gave us a personal video tour of the grounds and our actual apartment. He was really helpful answering our questions. I felt totally comfortable moving since the complex is brand new and beautiful and modern. All the positively isn’t incentivized. LOL We just really love living here!

We have absolutely LOVED the past year living at The Dakota. We moved early in the pandemic, so apartment communities were not doing in person tours. The team was super helpful in helping us choose an apartment that we did not even get to see in person first. When we were up for renewal, I wanted to switch to an apartment that had a bit more sunlight, and again, the team answered all the questions I had to make the transfer an easy process! The Dakota offers a floor plans that can fit for whatever you are looking for! The pool and gym have been great, and I cannot wait to experience the full extent of it post-pandemic. Despite, these hard times, the team still strives to care for its residents, through timely maintenance response and numerous resident events, like food trucks and giveaways. I have recommended The Dakota to everyone I know who has been looking to move!

I've loved living at the Dakota. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. While the pandemic has made a lot of things unavailable to use (both around the Dakota and in Raleigh), I'm really excited to get to experience the whole complex soon! As for my unit itself, no complaints. The white cabinets are beautiful, the layout is great, and I rarely have any maintenance issues.

We have loved living here, not only are the neighbors pleasant and friendly but the leasing office and maintenance personnel are incredibly helpful and friendly. I love the closet space and the beautiful kitchens as well! The pool is perfect in the summer and the cutest dogs live here. It’s really a great and homey place to live 10/10 would recommend!
