This is the closest UPS store to our home and we avoid going here. The staff and owner are very unprofessional. Anytime I am in the store I see a customer leave dissatisfied. They use scare tactics to try to get you to purchase their services for packaging. If you leave your package after their scare tactics approach you are left with worry and regret about sending your package with UPS. The worst part is they are costing themselves business by using this method. One time I witnessed the owner using his scare tactics and the person replied “This was the box they sent it to me in” so clearly it was packaged properly since it had arrived with no issue. The other stores nearby are friendly, kind and willing to help. And best of all no scare tactics!

Steve (the owner) and his staff are awesome. I have a mailbox at this location and the service is superb. Shipping and printing are super easy. If anyone needs business services they should go here.

I visited this store for a quick drop-off and Steve is extremely unprofessional. He will treat you like a child here and he has no sense of customer service. Extremely unfriendly and rude. You'll see many other reviews share the same sentiment. Take your business elsewhere.

The workers here barely do the bare minimum for customers. It’s a toxic environment for customers and the other reviews here say the same. If you want to be treated respectfully, you generally won’t be at this location.

Monica Strong is correct. I went in to return my Amazon purchases. Look in the photo I have attached. Amazon clearly states bring it to the UPS store and they will pack it and ship it back to them. The guy there was not going to pack and ship the boxes back like Amazon clearly states. He was trying to charge to tape up the box. The worst penny pinching person I had encountered. But he did tape it up in the end like he was doing me a favor.
