Wasn't exactly in the market for a new bike, but buddy was. We stopped by after visiting a Kawasaki dealership in the area that was less than stellar with customer service. Talked to Scott Ripley as a sales guy and he was awesome. It's obvious motorcycles are a passion for him and he was great - no high-pressure, very laid back, and very nice person. Even after the sale. Couldn't ask for a better salesman - felt like a friend who knew a lot about bikes instead of a salesman hustling you to buy. Ended up finding a perfect Triumph T120 in exactly the setup that I wanted at a good price. Getting a test drive was as easy as asking for it - sign some forms, full tank of gas, here's the keys. Some dealers won't even let you sniff a test drive unless you walk in waving a wad of cash. Not the case here. Rich Hughes, the Assistant Sales Manager/Finance Manager, finished the paperwork in a snap and was nice as well. Excellent experience from start to finish and rode off that day. If you're hesitant buying from a dealer (since let's face it, dealerships get bad raps sometimes) give these guys a shot to earn your business - they are awesome. They earned business from my buddy and me and we walked out of there with two bikes based on their great attitude and customer service. Happy riding and keep it between the ditches!

I had a wonderful experience working with Bill Norwood and the team as they helped guide me to make a decision on a Triumph model. I was surprised how willing they were with letting me take test drives (I have a motorcycle endorsement on my license) while other dealers wouldn't, and that really drove home which bike I should get. There are good people here, never pushy, understanding, and not willing to put you on more bike than you can handle. Ultimately, I purchased a Triumph out of town (another dealer took a loss on the sale due to COVID-19), but Triumph Raleigh has easily gained my business for service, parts, and accessories. Give these guys a visit!

The customer service at this place is AMAZING!!! Long story short, I unfortunately purchase my 2020 Triumph Rocket 3R from a different dealership because it was a little closer to home but when I got home I rode it for only 8 miles until I received a check engine light. My dealership ignored me an were dragging their feet to help and so I called up to this place. Leah in service was extremely helpful, kept in contact, and even offered to have someone drive 2 hours away to come pick up my bike. I decide to just make the trip up there myself and in an hour, everything was fixed! They even identified several things my dealership didn't do correctly during the PDI. I wish I would have purchased from Raleigh but I will for sure be continuing and recommending service through them in the future! Best experience from any dealership I've had in my 20 years of riding.

The Triumph shop here has always felt like kind of an afterthought to the main Harley dealership, but lately it seems like every time I go in there are fewer Triumphs, which are pushed further and further back into a corner to make room for yet more HD lead sleds, which I suppose are more profitable. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't drop Triumph altogether some day, the way they've been going. So while it doesn't seem like the dealership takes Triumphs very seriously, the staff themselves are friendly and professional. I haven't actually been able to strike a deal in several times I've tried, but they must do well with others because overall its a big place. I've taken a few bikes in for minor service and inspections and always had fast turn around in the service department. No real complaints and its conveniently located just south of downtown Raleigh, I just wish it was more of a real Triumph shop instead of the back corner of a hog pen. Update 11/2020 - Rumor has it that indeed the Triumph dealership will be dropped in December.

Purchased a 2017 Triumph Thruxton and am very satisfied with my purchase and experience. Rich was extremely helpful in the whole process! I had the motorcycle delivered and even the driver Sam was incredibly nice and helpful! Plan on purchasing many more motorcycles through here!! Highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give 0 stars I would. These people may help out when you go in to buy a bike and spend money or when something is the customers fault and you are giving them money to fix that, however when something is CLEARLY the DEALERSHIPS fault they are NOT willing to help or fix what-so-ever. There excuse for a clutch issue on a brand new bike with 1400 miles on it is "well sorry the warranty came back and denied because its a wearable part". Really? Wearable at 1400 miles? Anyone who rides motorcycles will know this is just a bunch of bull, but Im not surprised as it seems there is a bunch of people running this place who have no sense. My husband and I would be GLAD to spend any kind of money to fix the bike had it been our issue, but clearly we were fooled when we bought this bike a little over a year ago, right before my husband deployed. The bike was not even ridden while he was gone. On top of that, IT TOOK 8 WEEKS to even hear back from these people, giving the run around. My husband called to make sure they were not going to work on the bike to which they said "okay"... only to find out today the bike is in pieces and again we hear "Im sorry but there is going to be a charge associated with putting the bike together." FOR WHAT?! for taking our money in the first place and ripping us off and then doing absolutely nothing to fix it? THIS IS A JOKE. Save yourself and buy from a place with good morals, because this is not it!

Katie and Leah set me up with an appointment that was convenient for me, and the mechanics did exceptional work for my bike in a reasonable amount of time. This place goes above and beyond to make certain you leave happy. I will be coming back for some more maintenance soon!

I am very pleased with the service department. I feel like they are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. My 2nd Triumph for me and both have received great care at this shop and the guys have went the extra mile for me more than once.
