I really appreciated the feedback I got from this place. All of the staff are extremely nice, informative, and patient. I moved but wish I could continue to go here.

Update: I just went to Watson Dry Eye Center for my first maintenance visit. As Dr. Watson stated at my first visit, it would take months to notice symptomatic relief. She was right; it took months and a lot of patience. I am happy to report that all of my symptoms are virtually gone now since last summer. I looked forward to today's visit to report my improvement and I look forward to future maintenance visits so that I do not relapse. Thank you Dr. Watson and Allie for your excellent care today! First post: I highly recommend Watson Dry Eye Center to referring eye care providers and individuals as well. Dr. Watson and her team are the best. What distinguishes this practice from others is the amount time that they spend with their patients. You will receive a comprehensive assessment and a tailored treatment plan. What really impresses me about this practice is their passion to staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based best practice. As someone who is in healthcare, I understand how precious clinic time is, but Dr. Watson goes above and beyond answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The practice is equipped with the best/latest tools to treat dry eye. The Triangle is so fortunate to have an ophthalmologist whose scope of practice is dry eye alone and I am certain that I'm receiving the best care possible.

I have been a few times now and don’t have any complaints. I followed the exercises I was instructed to do at home including medication and have seen a complete change. People used to always think I was crying because my eye would just tear and leak all day. I can’t remember the last time that has happened now. Dr. Watson always give me me a ton of information and educated me on the process and what is happening. I started here without a clue of what was wrong and now I feel educated on my dry eye disease. I am very thankful for Dr. Watson and sheena.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Great staff (including Dr. Watson.) They were all over the top nice. All very knowledgeable and thorough. But...there’s a very sneaky reason. I have stellar medical insurance. Hardly ever a copay. My copay for this visit was over 80. They had a bill waiting at the front desk for all of the diagnostic testing they did (including plucking a couple of eyelashes to test for some bs diagnosis) for well over 200. They told me during the exam that they were sending me home with various eye treatments and instructions. The term they used was “giving me.” What they meant was “selling me.” I had, what I thought was medicine covered by insurance, waiting for me at the checkout desk. Instead, it was a 100 bag of generic eye drops and some moisturizing spray for the OUTSIDE of my eyelids that is supposedly so great that “it even kills COVID!” Their whole tune and attitude changed when I told them I didn’t want it. They had my insurance info a week prior to my visit. They asked what pharmacy I used. However, they called my “needed” scripts into a pharmacy I never heard of. Didn’t forward my insurance info. The “special” pharmacy called me 5 minutes after I left the appointment to confirm that I wanted the scripts filled! Fool me once! Actually, I have only myself to blame for falling for this hustle. I should have known something was wrong when the office kept calling and hounding me to see if I was coming; all the way up to the moment I pulled into the parking lot for my appointment! What legitimate medical practice does that?!?! I’m calling my insurance company to dispute the charges that WERE covered and at the very least report these con artists. PEOPLE PLEASE LISTEN...dry eye condition is 100% real. But it’s not reversible. You want relief? Go to a legit ophthalmologist and get help without a 2.5 hour visit and an obscenely insulting bill!

Amazing experience. If you follow the instructions from the Dr and staff there shouldn’t be an issue. I am very happy with the results and how nice dr Watson is.
