My husband hired Whitley Law Firm twice , exclusively Ben! First time was years ago and was very pleased then and recently he hired Ben again for a difficult workers comp claim. Everyone was professional and concerned about my husband’s medical condition from his accident. Ben is more than an attorney, he is like family to us! My experience with Whitley Law firm was pertaining a workers comp case. After the mediation and agreements were agreed upon my main case worker who is awesome, Keisha was taken off my final ending part . However I was assigned Sabrina Wilson to handle the final process of making sure the final clincher statement was fine and ensuring I received my check. She is not only very professional, she is very kind and considerate! She actually has 100 percent proven to me that she cares much more about her client and all of her clients needs. When anyone reads my review I want you to know if I had to get another law firm in the Wake County area, I would not hesitate to call them first . So please keep in mind I would choose them in all the other areas not just worker’s comp. Thank you so much Sabrina for honestly going way out of your way for me! This shows me there are Lawyers and case worker’s that actually care more about the client and not just the money . Michelle

was referred to the whitley law firm after i was in an auto mobile accident, were i was hit and the other person was 100 percent at fault. major damage done to my car and was injured during the accident. spoke with someone on the phone from whitley law firm, then about an hour later, i received an email from them saying that they were not interested in my case. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the whitley law firm. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. after refusing to remove my post from this person. i received a threat from them this morning in a text message, saying that they have my first and last name and how i am cyber bullying. i have never in my life seen anyone act so unprofessional and act like a child, and try to bully people because they are a lawyer. to the child who shot me a text message this morning and made a threat to me, this joke of a firm is now being reported to the bar association. have a lovely day at the unprofessional firm
