In my 6 years of doing business with Rally Acura,, the representatives here have always been friendly and courteous. If you're looking to join the Acura family come and ask for Julio! He's so very genuine and helped us find what worked best for our growing family and our budget. Prior to coming here, we'd shopped around at other dealerships but always got a salesperson'y vibe from those places. At some locations it took a while to just be greeted; so when we came to Acura here in Roslyn it was a breath of fresh air. Take Away Point: Ask for Julio :)

The people at the dealership were pleasant and accommodating. Andrew Fleming listened to my desires and then made suggestions. This was different than other car sales persons that want to steer you in a particular direction or deal. We worked the numbers of the purchase until it made sense to me and he had my best interest at heart the whole time as if he were called to do this kind of work.
