Pulled into the drivethrough and heard the vehicle in front of us saying, 'hello, hello?' From the side I noticed a worker coming back towards the building with a arm load of cups. She speaks to the customer and he pulls up towards the window slowly. I figure not very many workers they are so no one to answer the . We tried to get someone to answer the speaker... Ended up pulling out and noticing there was a worker in side the whole time ??!?
