Bought two guitars and an amp from this music shop. Also brought in a second hand guitar for re-stringing. Very happy with with the work done. Really enjoying my guitar learning journey. Have been getting guitar lessons for over two years now, find Glenn to be a brilliant and patient teacher - nothing is too much trouble. Fully recommend engaging with either Eddie, Glenn or Ralph to learn and enjoy more pleasure from your music.

Just got off the phone to Ralph White Music, this happened 10 minutes ago due to the unstableness of the guitar stand. Left the doors open for ventilation and it fell forward snapping my partners 400 guitar. Only had the stand for 1 week. Regardless of how expensive the guitar or the stand is, I called the store to let them know of this misfortune in hopes to educating the staff that it has defeated its purpose but received very rude comments from the staff and unprofessionalism. I have worked in retail for 4 years now where service is key and I was NOT informed this stand would be too light for the guitar and this may happen, hence I would have spent more money for a secure heavy stand. I wish they had given the right advice and also handled the phone call professionally. I regret ever shopping with these guys as I remember both times I ever walked into the store the guys were VERY unwelcoming, unhelpful and gave off the feeling that we shouldn't be in the store unless wanting to buy a 500 guitar. That phone call sealed the deal that they are continuously unhelpful.

Ralph White Music is a business that has been around for a long time. Their motto is 'we do deals'. In other words, be prepared to negotiate with these guys. If you need a guitar set up or maybe a repair, talk to Glen. He got my acoustic guitar up and running in few hours on Christmas eve. Christmas just wouldn't be the same without my guitar. Thank you Glen and nice work!

THINKING: A VANISHING ART.

I really dig these guys. Glen had a left handed acoustic fender and sparked up love of guitars again. Just got an electric restrung and fret polished. Sounds Great. This will be my go to store for guitar from now on. Palm Beach represent!!!

To say I'm surprised you would turn it back on me is a lie. Looking at all these negative comments you have a pattern for turning it around on the customer. yet another fantastic quality of your store, never admitting your in the wrong. I yelled at you because I was tired of being told about your "50 years of doing this" and being told I don't know what I'm talking about when you weren't even listening to me, and then even trying to deny doing work on my guitar earlier because you were so set in telling me my strings were years old but I had paid you 6 months earlier to do a full service on my guitar so instead of looking like you charge people to not do the work you just deny the customer ever came in and tell them they don't have a clue, even though I have the receipt from me being there. and when you weren't happy with me calling you out for your lies you threatened to call the police on me and got in my face in which a customer had to intervene. I left not because you threatened to call the police but because even if we did come to an agreement I would NEVER pay for anyone at your store do provide any service to me. take some responsibility for once instead of blaming the customer like you have in the massive amount of negative comments you have on here. Miami sound doesn't have single negative comment. guess that says a lot about your store and staff

Walking in to this store I was potentially going to make a purchase for my birthday. Instead I was made to feel very unwelcome as I entered the store with my pregnant wife and toddler in a pram. I am a professional musician and know the value of instruments and hence am always careful when manoeuvring a pram around music shops (yes I have been in plenty with a pram before), or any shops for that matter. Instead of being greeted by a 'hello' or 'how can I help you?', it was 'you are going to have a hard time moving around in here with that'. I responded with 'well, we could just leave then' and was told it was the boss's orders that the salesman come have a word to us. It was not a pleasant experience and I had no desire to spend my money or a second more in the store. EDIT to reply - I was not about to knock over a box at all and as previosuly mentioned, was carefully navigating the corridors. Women have been allowed to drink in public bars since 1970 but clearly aren't tolerated in this misogynistic business.
