They sold me a cabin filter when my truck doesn't have one, I even provided the VIN for them. Now I've lost a small plastic piece to the glove box that helps the box open slowly. Now I've got to drive back to the Dealership to return the filter, order the plastic piece and then drive back a third time to pick it up when it comes in.... Not Happy!!!
