Really disappointed. A hotel can deliver items that are less tasty but should not cheat the customers. I thought this hotel was reputed. But it did not keep its standards. I had ordered Mutton Masala for takeaway but the hotel did not add mutton but instead added beef in it completely and cheated. Why does such a good hotel reduce its standards and cheat people? Perhaps Sri Surya was good a few years ago but now the standards have totally slipped. I would recommend people to go for some other honest restaurant that keeps its standards as it claims.

There were several red flags to have avoided this restaurant for lunch: 1. On a Sunday afternoon, it was empty (despite covid, other hotels were almost full) 2. They have mixed so much water in the handwash that it is of no use. We proceeded to order as we were very hungry. Chicken biryani was priced at 205/- which is too much for the quantity they served. It had a small single piece of chicken. That's it. The vessel they served was very small. I am attaching the pic where you could see how short the base is. Overall bill for two biryani was 431/-. Not worth the money. Would I go again if I am hungry? No.

Don't make any order from this hotel on swiggy and Zomato They will missed items and tell them they are perfect and blaming Zomato or swiggy. They put bill but miss the item.
