Better to avoid , no experience staff available here,, there are two teller seat available , only one girl doing the work ( not experience) even more than 15 people stood for deposit at the time there is no tention on the face of any staff... They are SBI ramnad branch part 2. They act as Government bank, they don't have competitions in ramnad due to limited branches of bank in ramnad. If any delay u can felt , they have answer as server problem or network issues. At last no way out ,i am try to way From this branch...

I had a very bad experience with their services 2 years back. I lost my money of 14000 and still I cannot recover the money. It's about the deposit machine. When I deposited 100 notes of 2000 notes, it took very long time to count it. After sometime I cancelled the transaction so that I can drop the money back. But what actually happened that I only got 93 notes instead of 100. 7 notes (7*2000 14000) were missing and I immediately reported to the bank. Unfortunately I don't receive any receipt for that transaction. I asked the bank to check the deposit machine. But the bank personnel Mr. Annadurai repeatedly saying that you may have missed the notes. This was highly suspicious for me. I sent an Email and called the customer care so many times. I told them to show the footage when I did the transaction on that day. But they purposely delayed my request and After 3 months later he showed my other footage(different one) and said The particular footage got DELETED. I was so upset and annoying and how do I get my money back from this fraudulent act.
