I am a regular customer of bigmart from almost 5 years, used to purchase monthly once for home utilities. Recently I purchased suji(Rava) which was with more insets and small worms(fond this may be after 10 days of purchased) then visited back to return the Suji but staff confirmed that it's only seven days valid for return. My question is how can they expect customer to eat all the purchased groceries with in 7 days?????. Usually we keep groceries for 2-3 weeks. And also many company provide 3 months guarantee on product Packed. I did not ask money back asked same Suji as per its weight. So we came back with disappointment as a regular customer... owner can intervin and provide good suggestions here.. I will never visit again ....
