Very courteous , but quoted me 4 hours work over the phone without seeing my legal documents. It would of been 1000. After seeking a second opinion. 1 letter would of been required. very disappointing, felt as though I was being taken for an expensive ride. The lady solicitor was very nice, but unfortunately I can't work with a firm that prices this way.
My Mum 90, requested her personal Will be reviewed. We used the services provided by Michael Robinson of Ramsdens Halifax. As well as supplying a superb personal service to Mum, he spoke to us regarding a lasting power of attorney in relation to Mums longer term health care. In particular, what to do if she ever became unwell and could not make a decision for herself. His advice just saved Mums life. We took up the offer of Ramsdens dealing with creating the documents and ensuring such a plan was in place. A few weeks ago, Mum was rushed to hospital and we were faced with a decision on if an operation was to go ahead. Mum could not make the decision and it fell to me tell the consultant exactly what Mum wanted. Without the suggestion from Michael and the excellent way he helped Mum to state her wishes, I would not have been able to tell the consultant to operate and she would have passed. Instead, she is now out of hospital and well on the road to recovery. As a family we cannot thank Michael and Ramsdens enough. Our whole family have recently all had their Wills reviewed by Michael and have experienced the same superb service. Thanks to Michael Robinson and all at Ramsdens. Yvonne and Steve Ford
