PROS: This Petco is one of the largest I've been to. Located in a nice shopping plaza it has tons of parking no matter when you arrive. When I came in I was greeted by a employee named Kim and she helped me out every step of the way getting Dog toys and treats. They are certainly lucky to have her! The inventory is stacked while the variety of merchandise is plenty. CONS: It's right off the highway which makes it a little challenging to find it right away. You can easily miss it. I won't let it effect the star rating but it is a concern OVERALL: Definitely a place I will go back to when I'm in the market for more dog supplies. If Kim is working I suggest asking for her, however, everyone who works there seems nice and you'll be taken care of

We bought a hamster the woman was very nice that helped us. The checkout was smooth and everyone was very friendly.
Took my new puppy for shots at Vetco. They were so kind, attentive and informative. I shopped and Lance the manager of the store helped with questions about the items. I will not go to any other pet store! Great customer service!
Usually don't have what I'm looking for advertised on the webpage. I usually only run in there for grooming products in a pinch. Shelves are never fully stocked. Never get an associate to ask if you need help. Short staffed. Long check out, usually only one cashier. Not a run in run out kinda store.
Really great puppy school! The establishment is grimy, but then again it is a pet store so I'm not sure what I expected! Other than that the place is great. The staff is really knowledgable and super nice and gives great advice.
