The Bedford Inn has become my favourite pub after just a couple of visits. Why? Grant the owner is welcoming and has the right outlook on life- it's about having a good time and the Bedford Inn delivers. The whole team are friendly and the bar prices are set at a very sensible level. The garden has been refurbished with plenty of seating and even a beach! It's a great place to meet new people too. Well worth a visit!

Lovely little pub we found whilst on holiday in Ramsgate, slightly off the beaten track, but only 5 minutes from the town centre. Good selection of draft beer, top shelf and cocktails. What sets it apart is their cleanliness, the way they make adhering to the COVID rules so easy, the wonderful garden and above all the exceptionally helpful bar staff. We visited there twice, once in the evening and then in the afternoon. The garden is a mix of decking area and sandy beach! with deck chairs and umbrellas. On our first visit fresh clean blankets were offered as the night drew in, whilst on the second we were caught on the 'beach' in a torrential downpour. Straight away umbrellas were offered to all those hardy souls wanting to stay outside. There was a family outside with us building sandcastles with toys provided. Very family and dog friendly. Great place to hole up for an afternoon, thoroughly recommend.
A Victorian pub which has been completely renovated. Serving a good range of wine beer and spirits . Friendly staff and very comfortable seating. There is an interesting garden at rear.
What a transformation!! Thank you Grant, Johnny, Imogen, Sam and rest of team thats made the Bedford Inn a welcoming friendly place to enjoy great beers, lovely cocktails and a nice selection of wines. The garden beach is a must is this sun trapped beer garden .
