The family brought a car from Invicta motors in December 2020, car was great in brilliant condition only three years old with 12500 miles on the clock, unfortunately the car had a fault that we picked up on after two weeks of ownership, Invicta’s got the car in for a look and advised it needed a whole new clutch kit, not great on such a young car with low mileage after a little research I found it to be a very common problem with the Automatic 1.6 Gearbox on this car and an expensive fix every time it goes wrong, I decided to return the car and ask for my money back as within the 30 day consumers right act 2015, they were very good they got the money back to me as soon as they could within a week and we’re very apologetic, I would definitely recommend Invicta Motors the experience I had hasn’t put me off buying another car from them they kept to there word and done everything they agreed to do with no fuss,
