I've had terrible experiences with various Thanet pharmacies. At last i've found one that is professional, friendly and, most importantly, efficient. Excellent.

Poor service, constantly have to chase your prescriptions only to be lied to or to be given excuses. Had to start put my prescriptions in early in the end just to try and make sure I don't run out. My mother's has had to beg for her prescriptions in the end. When she tried to make a complaint the lady on the phone told her and I quote \ I don't want to hear it\. Poor way of dealing with customers and seem to be unable to do the basics of their job. My family and I have since changed to courts in Kings St who have been brilliant at just doing their job. Given this pharmacy 5yrs of chances but we've given up now!

Bad service very rarely are the repeat prescription ready when needed, out of medication now, been told \oh sorry we forgot\ yeah you did just like last month and the month before. If my situation gets worse I have NEWINGTON ROAD PHARMACY to thank

A treble service. prescriptions sent over from the Doctors I leave 5days hoping there processed and ready for collection But they never are I still have to wait 20- 25 mins for them to do my prescription. What ever happnd to walk in and there ready on the shelf. Summerfields was great walk in done and they closed it.

Lovely staff members, was served by Nicky, who where friendly and chatty and made me feel welcomed while sorting my prescription. Had the items in stock that I wanted and will definitely be coming back.
